Redefining generational wealth and starting the conversation for your parents and your adult children.
Creating and sharing generational wealth is so much more than passing on a lifestyle. It is the power to create change. The power to solve problems. The power to care for people and the places important to them. Wealth alone cannot make people happy, satisfied or fulfilled. But it can be used to create these things, as well as a sense of meaning, purpose and abundance. Yet the silence about potential inheritance is persistent across society and hinders our opportunity as individuals, family and society to flourish.
In these sessions, Brandon Hatton will empower families to have productive conversations about money and start to create a sense of abundance in their lives. They'll explore how shifting their relationship with money can move them from complacency to action, from a sense of entitlement to empowerment, from obligation to gratitude. Drawing from teachings of the Center for Conscious Wealth, these sessions focus on topics from inheritance, family impact, philanthropy plans to such much more. By embracing this shift, the doors open to understanding their family's purpose, harmony and clarity -- and ultimately their happiness across generations.

Conscious Wealth illustrates a new mindset around money and a framework for investing that’s also a call for reform in the financial services industry. Sharing lessons learned during his own journey, author Brandon Hatton helps readers develop a healthy relationship with money and awaken a life of abundance.
Brandon Hatton began his career in the financial services industry, working tirelessly for one of the world's largest investment and wealth management firms, Merrill Lynch. His business proposition – and that of the industry overall – was simple: if clients gave him money, his goal was to make them more money. As was the nature of his career, he came across countless people with seemingly unlimited financial means. Yet, he soon realized that they were living unfulfilling lives. Despite their financial success, they were always chasing something more. It was at this moment that he began to see the deceptive tactics his industry was using – and still largely uses today – to keep clients in a vicious cycle of fear and insecurity.
Brandon became determined to help people transform their relationship with money so they can move away from a scarcity mindset to a place of abundance, and ultimately purpose, unity and impact. To do so, he went through an introspective journey to heal his own beliefs around money. His fixation on creating wealth had destroyed his health, relationships and sense of self. He realized that, for many like him, in the quest to HAVE ‘enough’, they often fail to realize that they ARE enough.
Brandon founded Conscious Wealth® to help people live with purpose and create impact for themselves and their communities. While his company provides wealth management services under the Conscious Wealth Investing® brand, Brandon is on a quest to build a conscious wealth movement at scale. That’s why he created Conscious Wealth Living®: to provide actionable tools for people to heal their relationship with money, facilitate healthy intergenerational dialogues about money, and overall help individuals and families find confidence in having enough money.
Brandon generously shares his insight on various platforms including the Conscious Capitalism CEO Summit, Chat With Leaders Podcast, Working on Wellbeing Podcast and many more. He is also the author of Conscious Wealth: Money, Investing, and a Financial Awakening for the Person Who Has It All, in which he helps readers heal their relationship with money as a means to greater impact the world.
